Project Overview
BodySwitch Health and Fitness is a 24/7 gym with a strong sense of community at its core. When they came to me they were at a genuine inflection point — new premises, an expanding service offering, and ambitions that had outgrown their existing brand. What they needed wasn't a cosmetic update, it was an identity that could carry the business into its next chapter without losing the warmth their members already felt.



The Challenge
A brand refresh for an established gym is a more delicate brief than it sounds. Change too much and you risk alienating the loyal members who already feel at home there. Change too little and you've wasted the opportunity. The new identity had to feel modern and credible enough to attract new members while remaining familiar enough that existing ones still felt it was theirs. It also needed to work hard across a genuinely wide range of applications — from large-format signage and apparel through to social media, digital advertising and print collateral.


The Solution + Results
I led the full brand refresh from concept through to rollout — modernising the BodySwitch identity while preserving the warmth and character the business had built up with its community. The updated look and feel extended across every touchpoint the business needed: social media templates, digital and print advertising, brochures, business cards, apparel design, online programming materials and a refreshed website. The result gave the BodySwitch team a cohesive, professional toolkit they could use consistently across everything — and a brand that finally matched the quality of the experience they were delivering inside the gym.
